Avem nevoie de:

-2 fileuri de pui
- un marar verde
-un patrunjel verde
- 2-3 linguri de faina
- un ou
- 2-3 linguri de smintana
- condimente dupa gust.
Am tocat mararul,patrunjelul.Am taiat bucatele pipetul si am pus condimentele. Am adaugat faina, smantana.Am amestecat bine toate ingredientele si am pus cite o lingura de compozitie in tigaia cu ulei incins. Se rumenesc pe ambele parti, cam cite 2 minute.
